iServe Servicing Integrates Its Operations With iServe Real Estate Operations

Nov 15, 2010

iServe Servicing Inc., a residential mortgage special servicer of performing, sub-performing, non-performing and bank-owned assets, has announced that it has integrated its business operations with iServe Real Estate Operations Inc. The integrated business will maintain the iServe Servicing title and be led by current iServe Servicing Chief Executive Officer Richard Cimino. "As our clients' needs evolved, we recognized the necessity to adjust our business model," said Cimino. "This integral combination will allow iServe Servicing to better serve our customer base by creating a one-stop-shop business with a more robust product offering. Our new model is a tremendous advantage for clients who will be able to utilize the full services of two operational businesses under the same roof. Most importantly, clients will now have the benefit of accessing customizable residential servicing, disposition and technology services as part of one brand name."
