Levine is one of the company's leading executives and has been instrumental in setting up systems and designing strategies that have supported the firm’s considerable expansion over the past five years.

As COO, Levine will oversee the implementation of the internal and external business strategies of REO Allegiance. He will be responsible for developing the systems, infrastructure, management practices, and corporate strategies that enable the company to continue to develop and effectively support its growing client base.

Levine joined REO Allegiance in Jan of 2006 and has helped the firm capitalize on the significant market opportunities of the past several years. Levine has a background in strategic business consulting, technology, project management and financial analysis at firms, such as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and NIB. Over the past five years, as director of corporate services, he has driven growth in the areas of human resources, finance, technology, project management, marketing, and corporate business strategy.
