Elliott & Company Appraisers Promotes Carlyle Holt and George Williams

Feb 03, 2011

Elliott & Company Appraisers has announced two key promotions: Vice President and Client Services Director Carlyle Holt has been promoted to the position of vice president and general manager, and George Williams to the position of client services director. “Since joining our company in 2006, Carlyle has not only met, but also exceeded our expectations,” said Charlie W. Elliott, president of Elliott & Company Appraisers. “He came to us with substantial experience in the mortgage lending industry and has played a key role in the growth of our company even during difficult economic times.” Holt literally grew up in the mortgage lending industry and has an extensive background in property and casualty insurance and commercial and residential construction restoration. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from North Carolina State University and currently holds a North Carolina Loan Officer License and a North Carolina Real Estate License. Williams holds a degree in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina. He has been a real estate appraiser for almost 25 years and became a certified appraiser once North Carolina began its state certification program. He joined Elliott last year as a review appraiser. "As a review appraiser in our client services department, George has demonstrated how appraisals should be developed, while providing our clients with superior risk management services," said Elliott. "By promoting George to director of client services, we expect to take even better advantage of his abilities, while improving our service to clients and improve the management of our company."
