Hammerhouse Adds Grant Lupo as Strategic Growth Partner

Hammerhouse LLC, an expanding national recruiting and strategic growth firm for the financial service industry with mortgage sales and leadership placement at its core, has announced the hiring of Grant Lupo as strategic growth partner. Lupo, an experienced mortgage professional with years of experience in servicing, hiring and training mortgage production professionals, is being hired to help manage Hammerhouse’s client growth and expand the company’s national mortgage recruiting market share.  Lupo will report directly to Drew Waterhouse, managing director of Hammerhouse and be based in Mission Viejo, Calif. “We are extremely pleased to have someone of Grant’s knowledge, integrity and track record join the Hammerhouse mortgage recruiting team. This is creating a significant opportunity for high quality producers and well-respected leaders to be heavily recruited in 2011 and well into the future.” Lupo joins Hammerhouse with over 12 years of experience in servicing, hiring and training mortgage production professionals within the wholesale and retail channels. Most recently, Lupo was employed as a wholesale account executive at Bay Equity LLC, servicing mortgage brokers and loan officers throughout Southern California. Previously, Lupo held the position of wholesale account executive at both Security National Mortgage and AmericanHomeKey Inc. Prior to these positions, Lupo held various positions at BrokerSource Mortgage, most recently, as sales manager, where he was responsible for hiring and training new account executives, facilitating their production and delivering key profitability metrics to executive management.  Lupo started his mortgage career at AccuBank Mortgage/National City Mortgage.
