Joe Cliver Joins the DocuTech Team

DocuTech Corporation (DocuTech), a provider of mortgage compliance documents, closing documents and initial disclosures for the mortgage industry, has announced that Joe Cliver has been named account executive for lenders in the Northeast United States. Cliver, who is rejoining DocuTech, brings nine years of mortgage banking and sales experience to DocuTech. In his role as account executive, Cliver will be responsible for expanding DocuTech’s market share among Northeastern-based lenders in the credit union, community bank and mortgage banking industries. “Joe has been involved with many aspects of the mortgage banking industry, from originations to the secondary market,” said Ty Jenkins, chief executive officer of DocuTech. “He knows what lenders need from their document systems, and he has proven to be a trustworthy partner to hundreds of customers in implementing software to automate the generation of compliant mortgage documents.” Cliver rejoins DocuTech after most recently working as a loan officer for Moorestown, N.J.-based Pleasant Valley Home Mortgage Inc. Cliver previously served as account executive for DocuTech, as well as sales positions for San Diego, Calif.-based Del Mar DataTrac. Cliver will be responsible for the sales of DocuTech’s three products. ConformX is a Web-based service that can quickly generate closing documents and disclosures from any Internet connection. The Fulfillment Center provides a simple process for lenders to generate, send and track preliminary disclosures.
