ICBA Mortgage Names Seven New Regional Account Managers

ICBA Mortgage Solutions (ICBAMS), which supports community bank mortgage lending from point of sale through processing, closing, funding and the sale of residential loans for ICBA member banks, has hired seven regional account managers to support the mortgage operations of ICBA Members. “Community banks are realizing how important it is to have a partner to help them understand and navigate the ever-changing terrain of the mortgage industry,” said Scott Hall, president of ICBAMS. “We have appointed a very seasoned sales team averaging more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience. Their combined knowledge and experience—coupled with our technology will enable ICBA Member banks to more effectively serve their customers.”
Mike Azzarello, CMB, ICBA Mortgage Solutions EVP of National Sales will lead this new sales team. They are:
►James R. Loving, with 38 years of experience in the finance industry, will cover the Midwest region.
►Joel Dulmage will manage relationships in the Central region. He has more than 26 years in the banking industry.
►Diane Keane, with 25 years of experience managing people and operations in the mortgage industry, will support community banks in the Southeast region.
►Carrie Felix, with 13 years of experience in correspondent and wholesale production sales in the mortgage banking industry, will establish and manage business opportunities in the upper Midwest region.
►Debra Noguera will handle the South Central region. Her career in the mortgage banking industry spans 20 years with a range of positions at community banks and national banks.
►Whit Brame will lead the sales efforts in the Mid-Atlantic region. Brame has 25 years experience in correspondent and wholesale production, secondary marketing and mortgage insurance capital markets.
►Michael Bender has 15 years experience in the mortgage banking industry and will be supporting ICBA community banks in the Northeast region. His background includes regional manager positions in retail, wholesale and correspondent channels.
