ICON Residential Lenders Names Three New Area Sales Managers

Icon Residential Lenders has announced the promotion of Rhett Hubbard to the position of area sales manager for Orange and San Diego Counties, Justin Smith to area sales manager for Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura Counties, and have added Debbie Hood as area sales manager for the Pacific Northwest. “We selected these executives because they have demonstrated that they have the skills to increase our market share and and help our business achieve even greater success,” said Phil Giunta, chief operating officer at Icon. “Through their devotion to our clients and our business, they have distinguished themselves as top performers in the industry. ” Hubbard was promoted after he consistently earned his way into the top producing tiers as an account executive at Icon over the past two and a half years. He was chosen because he has a wealth of management experience in the mortgage industry and has a great understanding of the industry as well as Icon’s competitors. Smith was selected because he excelled in his previous job as inside sales manager, where he increased sales dramatically and has consistently landed in the top tier since joining the lender more than three years ago. Because of his professionalism, knowledge of the business, and dedication to his clients, he is well-respected within the mortgage industry. Hood comes to Icon Residential with more than 20 years of experience in sales and operations management, growing territories, increasing production, and exceeding corporate goals. Prior to joining Icon, she worked at 360 Mortgage Group, a wholesale lender, where she developed relationships with more than 150 business partners and helped grow the pipeline. Previously, Hood worked at Countrywide Home Loans, now part of Bank of America, where she served as a divisional executive vice president.
