Select Employees Credit Union Chooses MRG Document Technologies for Compliant Mortgage Docs

Apr 18, 2011

MRG Document Technologies (MRG), a provider of mortgage document preparation software and compliance technology to banks, credit unions and other lenders nationwide, has been chosen by Sterling, Ill.-based Select Employees Credit Union for the creation of loan disclosures and closing packages through its Web-based MIRACLE Online document preparation technology. “We knew we had made the right decision after our first discussion with our MRG support contact,” said Susan Branch, chief executive officer of Select Employees Credit Union. “As a credit union with a small mortgage lending staff, constantly fluctuating regulations could have a severe affect on our ability to provide members with the best product while keeping up with legalities. Using MRG, we are supported by a team of mortgage attorneys who drop document changes into the MIRACLE Online platform in real time, leaving us assured that our members are getting the correct information from upfront disclosures to the closing table.” Through MIRACLE Online, MRG provides Select Employees Credit Union with automated compliance updates to its document packages in real time, ensuring that Select is sending its members accurate loan closing information. “Select Employees Credit Union faces the same challenge as many community institutions— working to increase loan volume while struggling to adhere to a growing number of regulations. With MRG, the credit union is able to add the function of an in-house compliance team, without actually adding the work and the staff,” said Kathleen Mantych, senior marketing director with MRG Document Technologies (MRG).
