NCS’ TRV Services Added to MeridianLink’s Mortgage Credit Link Platform

Apr 26, 2011

NCS, a provider of income, identity and credit intelligence, has announced a partnership with credit technology provider MeridianLink to include NCS’ TRV Services within the MeridianLink Mortgage Credit Link (MCL) Platform. The two companies share several consumer reporting agency (CRA) customers who utilize MeridianLink’s MCL platform and also resell NCS’ income verification line, TRV Services. The announced partnership provides the CRA’s end users access to TRV Services within the MCL platform. “We’re very happy that MeridianLink has added TRV Services as a product option within the MCL platform,” said Curtis Knuth, executive vice president at NCS. “We’ve been working with MeridianLink for some time now, and we’re mutually confident that we’ve created a seamless process to expedite 4506-T requests for our mutual customers.” Processing of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) form 4506-T has continued to steadily grow as the mortgage lending industry seeks to further mitigate income misrepresentation. NCS pioneered 4506-T processing through the IRS as the first organization to distribute its services nationwide. Since 1994, the company has continued to grow its TRV Services product line to address lender’s needs, such as verifying investment income and analyzing cash flow. MeridianLink’s MCL platform improves the 4506-T workflow as the CRA’s customers can easily and electronically place a TRV order within MCL and track order fulfillment of all the products and services placed to originate the loan. “We are delighted that NCS has completed their interface with MCL. Our mutual clients will definitely benefit from this new interface and partnership,” said Ed Jantz, client relations coordinator at MeridianLink.
