Absolute Mortgage Banking Announces the Hiring of Teri Saldivar

Palo Alto, Calif.-based Absolute Mortgage Banking has announced the appointment of Teri Saldivar as branch manager for the company's Los Gatos branch. Saldivar's responsibilities include recruiting experienced mortgage advisors, expanding Absolute’s brand and better serving the greater Los Gatos, Calif. market with a complete product suite and ideal service model. "Teri has been a mortgage consultant for some 30 years and has owned and managed several of the largest mortgage firms in Santa Clara County. She also currently serves as a thought leader and expert witness for the legal community in mortgage related matters. Teri’s experience and network will allow Absolute Mortgage Banking to further its leadership in the South Bay.” Prior to joining Absolute, Saldivar served as sales manager for The Loan Source. Previously, she was a private mortgage banker with Wells Fargo and chief executive officer of Amerimac First Mortgage. Her community involvement includes serving as board chair for InnVision, the Way Home and Redwood Middle School PTA. She currently is PTSO co-president at Saratoga High School and a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPMW).
