Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals Hires Two New SVPs of Business Development

Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals LLC (ULSA), a subsidiary of Urban Lending Solutions, has hired Dennis Postlewait and Darlene Burnham as senior vice presidents of business development. Postlewait and Burnham will both be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts. “We are very proud to be bringing Dennis and Darlene onto our team,” said T.J. Lewis, executive vice president of business development and sales at Urban Lending Solutions. “They are seasoned industry veterans whose expertise will be a great benefit to our company.” Postlewait has a long history in business to business (B2B) sales in the financial services industry. Formerly, he was senior vice president of sales and marketing at ISGN Inc. and was responsible for strategic accounts. Prior to that, he was senior vice President of sales and national sales manager at Fiserv Lending Solutions for 11 years. While at Fiserv, Postlewait received the Sales Professional of the Year Award in 2002 and also worked strategically with other B2B to show significant organic growth. Before joining the financial services industry, Postlewait was a professional golfer for several years, earning a victory on the Nationwide Tour. Postlewait attended the University of Miami (FL), where he received the Wes Berner Award for academic excellence and community involvement. Burnham previously worked as the vice president of sales and relationship management at ISGN. Prior to that position, she held various operational positions during her eight years with Fiserv Lending Solutions, including VP of customer service before transitioning to the role of VP of relationship management. While at Fiserv, she was presented with the Leadership Award and the Service Excellence Award. Burnham also was an ISO Quality Liaison and is pursuing her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Before joining Fiserv in 2002, Burnham had over 20 years of experience working with lenders closing real estate transactions and working as a network administrator in Connecticut Law Firms.
