Urban Lending Solutions Names Jim Beatty SVP of Valuation Services

Urban Lending Solutions Appraisals LLC (ULSA), a subsidiary of Urban Lending Solutions, has announced that it has hired Jim Beatty as its new senior vice president of valuation services. In his new role, Beatty will help to drive strategy and oversee the operations for ULSA, but most importantly, he will be heading the client-facing team designed to help clients build solutions, integrate effectively and ensure their expectations are being met ongoing through the life of the relationship.  “We feel very fortunate and proud to be bringing Jim on board with us,” said Scot Rose, president and chief valuation officer for ULSA. “I’ve worked with Jim in the past, and I have a great deal of respect for him. He brings an extraordinary level of professionalism and experience to all his business interactions and we are very excited about his addition to our team.” Beatty has been involved in valuation services for over 24 years and is familiar with all aspects of the space, from both a regulatory and market perspective. Prior to joining Urban Lending, Beatty served in executive roles at ISGN Inc. and Fiserv. While at Fiserv, he co-founded a start-up business unit catering to capital markets and servicing groups for valuation and due diligence products. Beatty spent 18 years with Real Estate Appraisal Service in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was responsible for all residential appraisal products and sales.
