VeriTrust Appoints Mark Gutierrez as Director of Sales

Jun 06, 2011

VeriTrust LLC, an advocate for homeowners facing possible foreclosure, has announced that it has hired Mark Gutierrez as director of sales to lead its nationwide sales effort. Gutierrez will lead initiatives to reach homeowners in need of assistance in working with their lender as they navigate through the challenging foreclosure process. “We’re thrilled to welcome Mark to our team,” said VeriTrust LLC Chief Executive Officer Lee Jundanian. “We’re confident that his past experience and skill set will contribute significantly toward our efforts to reach and support consumers during such a difficult time as a foreclosure.” Gutierrez has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the financial services industry, most recently in providing unsecured capital in the form of cash advances to small business owners. In this role, he managed a book of business comprised of more than 500 clients, maintained a 90 percent renewal rate for qualified applicants and consistently maintained a top ranking in sales companywide for the past five years. "I am proud and excited to be working once again with the leadership team that created the opportunity for me to succeed prior to joining VeriTrust," said Gutierrez. "Now back together, I know we will grow to achieve even greater accomplishments."
