REMN Announces Expansion Into Delaware

Jun 08, 2011

Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. (REMN), a national mortgage lender based in River Edge, N.J., has announced the opening of its latest branch in Wilmington, Del. As REMN’s first branch in the state of Delaware, this new location will help the company better service the needs of region’s home buyers and real estate professionals, including those that live or work in and around the southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and eastern shore of Maryland areas, including the regions surrounding Philadelphia and Camden. The Wilmington office will be staffed by a team of seasoned mortgage professionals dedicated to REMN’s customer-first way of doing business. Richard Pollock, the office’s area manager, comes to REMN with nearly 20 years experience in the lending industry. He’s joined by Denise Hindes and Michelle Hahn, two loan originators who have a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape and the area’s unique mortgage needs. Also joining REMN in Delaware is Christopher Rowe, who will be responsible for REMN’s growth into southern New Castle and Kent counties. Pollock and his team will report to two of Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. (REMN’s) northeast regional managers, Douglas Tarta and Robert Wilderotter. “There’s no doubt that REMN has seen some substantial growth this year. We’ve expanded wholesale and retail operations on the west coast, in addition to launching our Menlo Park Funding branch program,” said Tarta. “However, it’s important to note that REMN was founded on the East Coast and the company remains committed to doing business on this side of the country. Opening a new state is always exciting for the company and especially in an area that touches on so many different communities, such as Wilmington.”
