Total Mortgage Services LLC has announced that it has received both its state of Colorado Mortgage Lender License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs, Division of Real Estate and its state of Mississippi Mortgage Lender License from the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance. Total Mortgage is now registered as a mortgage lender in the state of Colorado and the state of Mississippi and can originate residential mortgage loans in 23 states and the District of Columbia. Total Mortgage currently has five additional state licenses pending.
