XINNIX Adds New Sales and Leadership Trainer

XINNIX, a provider of mortgage sales and leadership development programs, has announced that Bruce Grant has joined the firm as a sales and leadership trainer. Grant brings more than 26 years of sales, marketing and mortgage leadership experience to XINNIX. In his current position, Grant will be responsible for instructing new and experienced loan officers in industry knowledge and business development, as well as key leadership skills to managers and sales executives. “The XINNIX standard for excellence along with the finest training system available truly set the company apart,” said Grant. “I am excited to be a part of the XINNIX team as the demand for sales and leadership training continues to grow.” Prior to joining XINNIX, Grant served as vice president and area manager for Plano, Texas-based WR Starkey Mortgage. In this position, Grant was responsible for sourcing, hiring and managing a 36 person sales and operations staff. He opened two branches and managed retail originations totaling $504 million between June 2008 and December 2010 and helped coordinate federal and state licensing for sales staff and branch locations. Previously, Grant spent 18 years with Atlanta-based HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, where he managed retail production, sales training, product development, field marketing and builder services. “XINNIX strives to provide lenders and their teams with the training and tools they need to remain successful in today’s challenging market,” said Casey Cunningham, president of XINNIX. “Bruce’s expertise enables our organization to continue growing and responding to our clients’ training needs.”
