LenderLive Settlement Services Expands Its Business Development Team

LenderLive Settlement Services LLC (LLSS), a division of national mortgage service provider LenderLive Network Inc., has announced the expansion of its business development team with the addition of Kimberly Joyce as national sales manager and Brad Noblit as regional account manager. Joyce brings more than 16 years of sales experience to LenderLive Settlement Services LLC (LLSS) and will be responsible for the sale of settlement and fulfillment services, such as title, closing and valuation, and business process outsourcing component solutions, to mortgage lenders. Joyce has served as sales executive at John H. Harland Company, where she successfully increased profits by 10 percent annually in the New England and New York areas; sales executive for Curtis 1000, where she sold a broad range of direct mail marketing consulting and fulfillment services to the financial and educational markets; as new business development principal/consultant for FormSystems, Inc. she successfully acquired five new clients within two months; and vice president of regional sales for Fiserv Loan Fulfillment Solutions, which was acquired by ISGN in 2010 during which time Joyce was named vice president of enterprise sales. Joyce is a member of Maine Mortgage Bankers Association, Society of Human Resources Professionals’ Southern Maine Chapter and ABA Bank Marketing Association’s New England Chapter Noblit has more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience, and will oversee business development for LLSS’s title division throughout the state of Michigan. Noblit has served as an account executive for Lawyers Title Agency of Monroe, where he successfully increased business by more than 35 percent in one year; an account executive at LandAmerica Transnation Title Insurance Company, where he successfully increased business by more than 22 percent within eight months; and as account executive for The Talon Group, where he generated 100 percent new business growth by introducing print marketing to customers. Noblit is a member of the Dearborn Board of Realtors. “It is important to our business that we continuously add new talent,” said Lee Baskey, president of LLSS. “With the addition of two seasoned professionals such as Kimberly and Brad, we are ensuring that our division will continue to grow with their experience and industry knowledge.”
