Kevin Watson Joins Churchill Mortgage

Churchill Mortgage has announced that Kevin Watson has been named as its Middle Tennessee regional sales manager. Watson has more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience and in his new role, will oversee the growth of new branches in the region as well as existing branches in Brentwood, Tenn., Murfreesboro, Tenn., Mount Juliet, Tenn., and Franklin, Ky., and will head Churchill’s Realtor Specialty Team, an innovative program built around the business development system of Home Buyers Marketing Inc. (HBM) to help facilitate the development of the loan officer and real estate agent’s relationship with each buyer at any stage of their homebuying process, through online communications systems and reporting of buyers’ online home search and selection activity. Watson is currently an advisor on the Williamson County Better Business Bureau Advisory Board, and is an associate member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR), a member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) and a seven-time recipient of The National Association of Mortgage Bankers (NAMB) award, which recognizes top performers within the mortgage banking industry. “Kevin has consistently proven himself as one of the top mortgage professionals in the industry and we feel fortunate to count him as a member of the Churchill family,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “He is the right person to guide our growth in Middle Tennessee and the level of commitment and expertise that he brings to the table make him an invaluable resource both for our company and to the community.”
