Avista Signs Credit Report Partnership With Old Republic

Oct 04, 2011

Avista Solutions has announced a partnership with Old Republic Credit Services (ORCS), a Chicago-based provider of customized credit products and services. At the request of its customers, Avista recently completed a seamless integration that allows users to order credit reports from ORCS without exiting their Avista Agile LOS. “With our new partnership with ORCS, Avista Solutions once again works to fulfill the needs of our current and future customers,” said Avista Solutions Chief Operating Officer Jerry White. “This integration gives our customers the ability to seamlessly pull credit data without leaving our system, and does so with the speed they’ve come to expect with the Avista Agile LOS.” ORCS’ customizable, easy-to-read credit reports offer the flexibility to sort data according to the customer’s business needs. ORCS delivers reports to customers within seconds of ordering, and report data automatically populates the Avista Agile LOS, eliminating the need to rekey data. Reports also include hyperlinks through which customers can easily order other ORCS products. ORCS credit reports are available to Avista customers through the Avista Agile LOS credit screen. “This integration allows Old Republic Credit Services to meet the needs of mutual and prospective customers, providing them with greater ease of ordering credit reports as they do not have to leave their LOS,” said Old Republic Credit Services National Sales Director Lisa Walz. “We believe this will be a mutually beneficial relationship for both ORCS and Avista, as it allows both companies to service existing customers and also attract new ones.”
