Multi Financial Services Company Inc. has announced the addition of Sonja Grant Wheeler, affectionately known in Florida as “Mother Mortgage”. Sonja will be the company’s newest sales representative for its national conventional and private loan servicing activities, as well as licensing its popular and user- and price-friendly, Trakker Loan Servicing Software. Sonja is currently director of the Education Foundation for the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP), with more than 42 years of mortgage experience, including owning two mortgage companies, and, most recently, mortgage compliance auditing for the past 14 years. Sonja will continue mortgage compliance auditing through her company, National Quality Assurance, plus offer a newly announced second mortgage program for FHA downpayment assistance nationwide.
