GSF Mortgage Adds Rich Obermeier as Branch Manager

GSF Mortgage has announced the addition of Rich Obermeier to its team as branch manager/mortgage loan originator in Brookfield, Wisc. In his role,  Obermeier will be responsible for building a team of mortgage loan originators in Wisconsin. Obermeier has made contributions to the mortgage lending industry for over 15 years. “I am excited to be working at GSF because of the speed they are able to close loans,” Obermeier said. “And it’s an asset to be able to have local processing and underwriting services available.” Obermeier added that his main goals are to build a large group of mortgage loan originators in Wisconsin and to be the preferred lender for the real estate community in Wisconsin." Obermeier has polished his skills in client relations, team building, refinancing and sales management. Prior to coming to GSF, he worked at Bank of America as the assistant vice president/branch manager, overseeing a large group of mortgage loan originators in three offices within the Milwaukee area. "Rich has proven himself as a successful professional within the mortgage industry,” GSF Mortgage National Sales Manager Mike Maida said. “We are thrilled to have him join us to share his experience and knowledge.”
