LenderLive Network Sees Growth and Continues Company Expansion

LenderLive Network Inc. has announced an expansion of its offices in both Denver and Troy, Mich., to accommodate an increased demand for the company’s services and to position it for continued growth. A third Denver location is being added to accommodate further staff and infrastructure expansion. In Troy, LenderLive is doubling its office space to accommodate client growth and as a part of enhancing its business continuity plan. “There is a continual need for proven, domestically-outsourced mortgage services that include a skilled workforce and progressive technology,” said Rick Seehausen, president and chief executive officer of LenderLive Network. “Regardless of size, all financial institutions and non-bank providers today need efficiency and scalability in their mortgage operations. This proactive, controlled growth will further position LenderLive as the go-to company for comprehensive and component mortgage fulfillment support.” The company operates through five divisions: Origination services, conduit services, settlement services, document services and loan servicing.
