NASN Expands Its Appraisal Offerings

Mar 19, 2012

Nationwide Appraisal & Settlement Network (NASN) has added new features to their product catalog. AppraisalLiaison allows the lender/client to work directly with one of the Chief Staff Appraisers (CSA) on any and all appraisal related questions and/or concerns. The CSA will review the report, as well as the concern and act as a direct liaison between the client and the appraiser to ensure there is a fair and accurate result every time. CSA's are required to maintain their licenses, must be Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-certified and well-versed in all regulatory guidelines.  NASN has also announced LenderConnect, a portal that is furnished with all of the important functions needed to maintain files and receive updates as changes occur from point A to point Z. This system is completely secure with regards to processing orders, payments, invoicing, report storage, quality control and delivery. NASN has also introduced CustomMax, a service that provides an a la carte feel to the state of the art LenderConnect portal. NASN offers multiple ways to customize your desired services. Their goal is to meet the needs of the client as a whole, down to the teams that make up your organization. In addition to existing LOS platforms, the software gives you the ability to customize processes that will assist you in managing files on a daily basis.
