Peter Oreziak Joins Churchill Mortgage's Houston Branch

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Churchill Mortgage Corporation has announced Peter Oreziak as its newest home loan specialist for its Houston, Texas branch. With more than nine years of business experience in which he routinely has collaborated with customers to ascertain their needs, protect their transactions and deliver the desired results, Oreziak will be responsible for guiding clients through the lending process from application to funding, delivering clear and concise communication tailored to clients’ financial needs, and supporting Churchill’s long-term goals. Oreziak employs an active listening approach to build trust and assurance in customers who are depending on him to provide them with the proper guidance and information on which to make an informed decision. Born in Poland and raised in New York and New Jersey, Oreziak and his wife have been married for 10 years. In 2011, they moved across the country to pursue their dreams in Houston, Texas.
