Leslie Bondy to Lead Residential Finance Corporation's New Charlotte Operations Center
Residential Finance Corporation (RFC) has announced that Leslie Bondy has joined the company as a director of operations for RFC's newly-opened Charlotte, N.C. operations center—one of three corporate operations centers. With 20 years of mortgage industry and production and operations experience, she will manage all mortgage lending operations in Charlotte, including processing, underwriting and closing. Bondy joins RFC from Zenta Mortgage Services where she was a senior program manager and operations director responsible for the retail fulfillment department. There, Bondy was responsible for 375 underwriters, processors, closers and analysts. Under her guidance, average productivity per underwriter increased 112 percent and 68 percent per processor. She also spearheaded developing and implementing a detailed diagnostic process to determine success rates.

Bondy spent 10 years with Equifirst/Barclays Capital as Western division production manager. She managed the daily operations including personnel, credit and loan quality, productivity, service levels and compliance. For three consecutive years, her branch was number one in the division. Bondy also held positions at HomeAmerica Financial Services, Industry Mortgage and Ford Consumer Finance all in Indiana.
