The StoneHill Group Hires Wade Hamby as Business Development Manager

The StoneHill Group has announced the appointment of Wade Hamby as business development manager. Hamby has an extensive background in mortgage lending, mortgage insurance (MI) and mortgage outsourcing. He was most recently with AmeriCU Mortgage as vice president of business development for the Southeast. He was president of AboutYourMortgage.com LLC, a Web-based mortgage services provider. He worked with Triad Guaranty as VP, division manager and with Hovde Financial in Washington, D.C. as a vice president providing M&A services to depositories in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region. Hamby’s mortgage banking industry experience also includes risk management, loss mitigation, fulfillment services, wholesale and correspondent relationships. “Wade Hamby is an outstanding addition to our team and complements our plans to expand our company’s footprint in the mortgage marketplace,” said David W.
