GSF Mortgage Names James Ryan Senior Loan Officer

GSF Mortgage recently named James Ryan as a senior loan officer. Ryan possesses several years of experience in the mortgage arena, working with first-time homebuyers, and is experienced and knowledgeable of government programs, including FHA, FHA 203K, USDA rural development, VA and Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP) loans. “Jim’s extensive experience with first-time homebuyers and government programs is a tremendous addition to GSF and a valuable resource for our clients,” said GSF Mortgage National Sales Manager Mike Maida. “It’s important for clients to be educated on topics like how to make an offer on a house,” Ryan said. “It’s also important to go over timelines so buyers aren’t guessing as to what comes next in the process.”
