Christopher Bowser Promoted to Branch Sales Coach of Churchill Mortgage

Churchill Mortgage has announced Christopher Bowser’s promotion to branch sales coach for the Churchill’s Middle Tennessee branches. In this role, Bowser will be responsible for coaching loan officers to enhance efficiencies and ultimately close more loans. He will also work to structure loans that do not meet typical guidelines to fit in other qualifying programs. A 13-year financial industry veteran, Bowser has been with Churchill Mortgage for seven years. He began as a home loan specialist, where he was responsible for originating and closing loans. During his tenure, he was inducted into the President’s Club, Churchill's highest award of recognition for exemplary sales volume and customer service. Prior to joining Churchill Mortgage, Bowser was a finance manager for Audi/Porsche/Jaguar of Nashville. “To remain on a steady growth path, we realized a need for a dedicated branch coach to ensure our loan officers were well trained and able to close loans in a timely matter,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “Christopher has excelled and proven to be a valuable asset to our team during his tenure at Churchill Mortgage, and we’re excited to see him excel in his new role.” Bowser earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Hendersonville, Tenn. with his wife and their two children.
