MAMP Installs New Leadership

Charles “Chic” Reid III, account representative at Florida Capital Bank Mortgage, has been elected and installed as the new volunteer president of the Maryland Association of Mortgage Professionals (MAMP). Reid succeeds Brooks Bosley, CMPS of Interbank Mortgage Corporation, as the leader of the non-profit professional organization. In addition to Reid, Jim Clements, owner of 1st Financial Inc., was elected and installed to serve as MAMP president-elect. Rick Rall Jr., GRI, CMC of WCS Mortgage, will continue as the association's vice president. Christine Wagner, account executive of SunTrust Mortgage, will serve as secretary and Art Charron, CPA, partner at Financial Security Consultants, will serve as MAMP's treasurer. Elected to serve two-year terms on the association's Board of Directors were Bobbie Brown of Franklin American Mortgage, Brian Goodwin of Washingtonian Mortgage and Ulbio Parraga of Diversified Financial Mortgage. Continuing on the board are: Walter Alton of Carrington Mortgage Services; Deborah Dennis, business development and marketing manager of Corridor Mortgage Group; Shannon Eubanks, president of First Equity Title Corporation; Hans Lundgren, president of The National Mortgage Store; Brice Halbrook of Towsend & Halbrooke Mortgage Corporation; and Colleen Palmer of Caliber Funding. Thomas C. Shaner, CAE and Kelly Mesaris of The Joseph E. Shaner Company in Baltimore will continue as MAMP’s executive director and associate executive director, respectively. Jennifer Levy will serve as the legislative director. MAMP Past President Brooks Bosley of Interbank Mortgage Company passes the President’s Gavel to incoming President Charles Reid III of Florida Capital Bank Mortgage
