GSF Mortgage Adds Michelle Baer and Ted Talbott as Branch Managers

GSF Mortgage has announced the additions of Michelle Baer and Ted Talbott to its team. Talbott, who has originated Texas loans for more than 30 years, is the new branch manager/loan originator for GSF Mortgage in The Woodlands, Texas area. “Ted is instrumental in handling the day-to-day operations of the company—from hiring, coaching and developing mortgage loan consultants and processors to managing budgets and controlling expenses,” said GSF Mortgage National Sales Manager Mike Maida. “We’re pleased to have such a seasoned professional join our staff.” Baer joins GSF Mortgage as a branch manager for the downtown Milwaukee, Wis. area. “It has been a dream of mine for some time now to open up my own branch, and I am honored that GSF has provided this opportunity for me,” Baer said. Prior to coming to GSF Mortgage, Baer was an owner of Instant Tax Refunds. She also served as an account executive for Decision One Mortgage and a loan officer for Accunet Mortgage. Baer said she works to help every one of her customers achieve the best financial situation for each of them. “Whether it’s helping my clients own their first home or providing financial relief with refinancing or a lower interest rate,” Baer said. “I’m willing to work with them.”
