Total Mortgage Services LLC has expanded its Milford, Conn.-based headquarters with the addition of an additional 2,000 sq.-ft. of office space which will house the company’s senior leadership. The new space is part of the same building complex where Total Mortgage’s origination and operation centers are located. Total Mortgage now occupies more than 10,000 sq. ft. of office space at its headquarters on West Main Street in Milford, Conn. as well as other regional offices.
“We have been part of the City of Milford’s business community since 1997, and we are excited about our rapid growth,” said John Walsh, founder and president of Total Mortgage Services LLC. “We have hired more than thirty new employees over the past year, and our expansion is direct result of the success of both our retail and wholesale lending platforms.”
Total Mortgage is actively hiring fully-licensed, experienced loan officers, as well as marketing and operational staff. The company is now licensed in 27 states and the District of Columbia with plans to be licensed in all 50 states in the near future.
