Churchill Mortgage Adds 12 to Its Tennessee and Texas Branches

Churchill Mortgage has announced that it has expanded its teams in both Tennessee and Texas with the addition of 12 new loan officers, processors, home loan specialists and software developers. In Tennessee, Churchill recruited nine new employees for its Mt. Juliet, Memphis and Brentwood, Tenn. branches, including: ►Jeff Raveling, as a new home loan specialist for the Mt. Juliet branch. With nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage lending industries, Raveling is responsible for working with borrowers in choosing the best financial options for purchasing or refinancing a home. He began his career with First Acceptance Mortgage in 2004, where he served as the general manager and owner. First Acceptance became the largest broker with a number of lenders in Middle Tennessee. In 2011, Raveling became a senior mortgage banker with United Capital Lending. ►Randy DeLay, as a home loan specialist for the Memphis branch, bringing five years of mortgage experience. He will be responsible for originating loans while maintaining relationships with local community banks and real estate agents. Prior to joining Churchill Mortgage, DeLay served as a mortgage consultant for seven years. He is a member of the Saline County Realtors Association and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas. ►Andy Ellis, as a sales manager for the Memphis branch, responsible for increasing production and market penetration in Memphis and Arkansas. He has seven years of proven financial services experience, having held various positions at iBank, 1st Tennessee Bank and Regions Bank. Ellis holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis. He was awarded for having the number one branch in the market for 2010-2011 and was a part of the Champions Club in 2008. ►Kimberly Wooten, as a customer care specialist for the Brentwood, Tenn. office, responsible for prescreening identity of potential borrowers. Prior to joining Churchill she worked at Belk, responsible for sales and team management. Wooten attended Miller Motte Technical College in Clarksville, Tenn. ►James Fend, as an Internet marketing specialist for the lender’s Brentwood, Tenn. office, where he will maintain all existing Web sites and online assets. Fend is also responsible for optimizing online assets to maximize lead conversion, implementing new resources and features for Churchill’s HLS and developing new sources of business. ►Donna Polder, as a customer care specialist for the Brentwood, Tenn. branch, bringing 14 years experience from Regions Bank and SunTrust Bank. ►Pamela Hargrove, as a processor for the Brentwood, Tenn. branch, responsible for preparing mortgage files for underwriting and closing. Hargrove previously worked with Crescent Federal Credit Union as a mortgage manager and Franklin American Mortgage as a processing supervisor. She is an active member of the National Association of Mortgage Lending and earned her business degree from Martin Methodist. ►James Rogers, as a new software developer for Churchill‘s Brentwood, Tenn. office, responsible for writing and maintaining software programs. Prior to joining Churchill, he was a software developer at GLFA for five years. He earned a degree from ITT Technical Institute. ►Karen David, as a mortgage loan officer for the Brentwood, Tenn. branch, bringing more than 11 years of industry experience. She is also currently vice president of the Referral Advantage Network of Nashville and a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Nashville. In Texas, Churchill Mortgage recruited three industry professionals for its Houston and North Texas branches, including: ►Jamie Kennedy, as a loan processor for Churchill Mortgage’s North Texas branch. With more than 10 years of experience in the mortgage lending industries, Kennedy will be responsible for working with borrowers in choosing the best financial options for purchasing a home. ►Jeanine West, as a senior loan officer for the Houston branch, responsible for advising local borrowers on the best mortgage products to fit their needs. Prior to joining Churchill Mortgage, West worked with Wells Fargo Bank and Nationwide Insurance. She is also an active member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors. ►Denise Sanders, as a new processor for the Houston branch. She previously served as a loan processor for Bank of Texas and MHL Financial Inc.
