Jun 04, 2012

Indecomm Global Services has announced that Pat Taylor has been appointed to the position of vice president of the Servicing Solutions Group. In this capacity, Pat will be consulting and developing outsourcing servicing solutions for mortgage servicers and subservicers. Pat’s experience in building servicing operations in the U.S. and abroad will help Indecomm expand its work in consulting on regulatory changes, investor accounting and reporting, as well as default management. “We are pleased to have Pat join us. She has deep knowledge of the mortgage industry,” said Dana Vinzant, senior vice president of U.S. Mortgage Operations for Indecomm Global Services. “This experience will help Indecomm’s clients meet regulators’ requirements for business process controls that protect consumers and mitigate mortgage servicers’ risk.” Previously, Pat was an independent consultant and for the past several years provided advisory, as well as default and loss mitigation training, through the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). The clients included leading servicers and subservicers across the country. Pat began her career building production operations for PHH Mortgage and served as senior vice president for Columbia National Mortgage. She then became head of production and loan administration for the Barnett organization. Pat worked in Australia as part of the global EDS team, building and managing Westpac’s Mortgage Processing and Servicing Center in Adelaide, South Australia. Pat’s international experience also includes working with Bancomer Bank in Mexico.
