Jim Comosa Joins Mortgage Network as Director of Corporate Development
Mortgage Network Inc. has announced that Jim Comosa has been named director of corporate development. Comosa has 27 years of experience building and managing successful lending platforms throughout the Eastern part of the country for companies such as Countrywide Home Loans and North American Mortgage Company. Most recently, Comosa was the eastern division sales leader for MetLife Home Loans before their recent exit from mortgage banking.
Based in the Danvers, Mass. headquarters, Comosa will play a lead role in the formulating and implementing of Mortgage Network Inc.’s growth strategies as they drive toward another successful 24 years.
“Jim will work closely with me, Bob McInnes and the rest of the Executive team on improving our corporate efficiencies and ability to adapt and grow with the changing lending climate,” said co-founder of Mortgage Network Inc., Al Pare.
“I am excited to work again with leaders like Mortgage Network’s Brian Koss (MA), Bob Johnson (PA), and Christine Terranova (MA) who are an integral part of my past growth,” said Comosa. “I’ve also known and respected Bob and Al for many years having watched them nurture and guide the growth of the company. To be working with this team and with a company I have long admired at such a pivotal time in the business excites me even more. I believe this time in our business strongly favors the independent mortgage banker who can deliver a better product at a better price with a much higher level of service than the larger national company or small broker.”
