Dave Pilotte Joins PRMG as Wholesale Area Manager

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) has announced the hiring of Dave Pilotte as a new wholesale area manager for the Inland Valley and Southern California territory. Pilotte, formerly with Caliber Funding, brings more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience to PRMG. He has run successful operations and production groups with various lenders including Aegis Wholesale and Fleet Mortgage with fundings in excess of $2.5 billion per year. Pilotte will be stationed out of the PRMG Ontario, Calif. branch office, where he will be responsible for overseeing production and operations locally, reporting directly to Alex Lutkus, PRMG regional vice president. Dave will be responsible for leveraging his relationships throughout the entire Inland Valley and portions of Southern California in an effort to grow and serve the Southern California marketplace. “These long-standing relationships that Dave has established in the broker communities, will help contribute to PRMG’s overall strategic plan in positioning us as a top wholesale mortgage banker throughout the country," said PRMG Chief Executive Officer Paul Rozo.
