Indecomm Global Services has announced the opening of a new mortgage lending and servicing solutions outsourcing facility in Charlotte, N.C. to handle processes ranging from loan setup to post closing solutions with emphasis on the areas of processing, underwriting and closing. This is Indecomm’s largest East coast outsourcing center and is capable of handling the company’s mortgage loan fulfillment solutions. “The facility reflects the growth of Indecomm itself, whose staff and business activities have expanded dramatically in 2012. Our business has grown to accommodate additional regulations and customer demand for solutions that help them reduce costs and improve turn time,” said Rajan Nair, president of the financial services division at Indecomm Global Services. “The addition of this facility also embodies our corporate mandate for additional growth that includes a new channel of business solutions to support mortgage servicers and sub-servicers.” The Charlotte facility is an efficient alternative for institutions seeking to convert fixed costs into variable costs. If lenders hire permanent staff to meet their short-term needs, the costs in the long run will be prohibitive. Outsourcing allows for the production of the loans at a variable cost without compromising the lender’s long-term cost structure. “Our flexible solutions maximize the economics for the lender,” Nair said. “The new operations center in Charlotte is one element in our long-term plan to provide resources on demand as our customers’ needs fluctuate. Each individual client has their own specific profile and we are ready to adapt with a variety of platforms and end-to-end solutions for the mortgage lending and servicing industry. Hearing our clients led us to opening this new center and we have already closed agreements with two Top 10 lenders who will be immediately served there.”
