Pacific Residential Mortgage Adds Three Senior Mortgage Bankers

Pacific Residential Mortgage has announced the appointment of three new mortgage professionals to their firm as senior mortgage bankers. Alan Dierickx has been named senior mortgage banker at the firm's Lake Oswego Branch, Ore. branch. Dierickx brings 22 years of mortgage lending experience to his new position. Prior to joining Pacific Residential Mortgage, he served as a branch manager with Caliber Funding. Dierickx is a graduate of Linfield College with a degree in in psychology and business. Also at the Lake Oswego, Ore. branch, Jari Barton has been appointed to the position of senior mortgage banker. A fifth generation Oregonian, Barton, brings more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience to her new position. Her background includes 15-plus years in retail lending and 10 years in wholesale lending as an account executive. Brian Patterson has been appointed to the position of senior mortgage banker of Pacific Residential's Clackamas Branch, Ore. branch. Patterson brings 15 years of mortgage lending experience to his new position. Prior to joining Pacific Residential, he served as a loan officer with OnPoint Community Credit Union. Patterson is an active member of the Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Patrol. He is a graduate of Portland State University with a degree in sociology.
