Nationwide Title Clearing Continues Expansion With Addition of New Employees

Nationwide Title Clearing Inc. (NTC), a national firm that performs research services and processes documents for the residential mortgage servicing industry, has added 66 staff members in the last quarter, including 20 in the month of June alone. NTC has expanded to include new land records reporting services to accommodate the changing needs of the mortgage servicing industry. The company now has nearly 300 local employees. NTC officials attribute most of the firm’s recent growth to an increase in its lien release business and land records research and reporting, which the company is performing in greater volume to aid mortgage servicers meet new due diligence requirements. The jobs that NTC has recently added include account management roles, programmer and web designer positions, data processing and entry level positions. “We anticipate continued growth as the industry continues to recover,” said John Hillman, NTC’s chief executive officer.
