Solidifi Names Andrew Bough as Chief Valuations Officer

Solidifi has announced the addition of Andrew Bough to its team as chief valuations officer and brings 18 years of experience in the U.S. real estate, banking and mortgage industry to his new role. "Andrew comes to Solidifi with a unique perspective having worked both as an appraiser and on the lending side, most recently with ING Direct USA as head of credit and valuations, where he was responsible for mitigating risk for the bank," said Jason Smith, president and chief executive officer of Solidifi. "ING Direct USA was one of our first clients. Andrew understands our philosophy and focus on integrity and doing the job right. He also knows firsthand what our clients need and expect and what appraisers need to perform to their maximum capabilities. We are thrilled to have him on board as we continue to grow Solidifi and raise the bar for the industry as a whole."
"I am an appraiser advocate," said Bough. "I always have been. The fact that Solidifi had the technological advancements that allowed it to pay full fee to appraisers two years before it became a regulatory requirement is the reason ING Direct engaged Solidifi. It speaks to the company's integrity and focus on professionalism and quality."
Solidifi is a provider of appraisal management solutions to the North American financial services industry.
