Aug 20, 2012

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS) has announced the promotions of Matt Jones and Nicole Saraceni to assistant vice presidents of operations. Both individuals will be located in the Plano, Texas office of MCS. Jones joined MCS in 2008 as an asset preservation coordinator before being promoted to a team lead the following year, and then to a director in 2011. During his tenure, he created reporting that eventually was applied company-wide because of its proven impact on enhancing day-to-day workflows and client communication. In his new role, Jones will oversee the inspections team, responsible for inspections operations across all clients. He is tasked with refining and developing processes that assist in the reporting of on time and accurate inspection results, ultimately ensuring clients’ expectations are exceeded. Saraceni also joined MCS in 2008 as an asset preservation coordinator, assigned to one of the company’s largest client teams. She was promoted through that group as a team lead and then to director over the next year. Throughout her time with MCS, Saraceni has worked on pre-sale client teams with a focus on the company’s FHA conveyance processes in addition to working with IT on special projects. She will continue her focus there, particularly in contributing to the company’s property preservation services and technology platform, and forthcoming technology projects. “Matt and Nicole have each individually brought value to this company in how we are able to communicate and perform,” said John Maxwell, chief operating officer of Mortgage Contracting Services. “We look forward to seeing how they mature into their new roles, taking more leadership responsibility in the furthered advancement of our systems, processes and overall quality of work.”
