Vericrest Names David Slear Head of Default Servicing

Vericrest Financial Inc. has announced that David Slear has joined the company as senior vice president of default services. Slear will focus on building and expanding Vericrest's home preservation programs while ensuring Vericrest continues to maintain the highest levels of compliance and service satisfaction in all areas of default servicing. "David's extensive background in default operations makes him a great addition to the executive leadership team, and the ideal candidate for this critical role," said David Schneider, CEO of Vericrest Financial Inc. Slear brings extensive financial and leadership experience to the Vericrest team. Prior to joining Vericrest, he served as an Officer in the U.S. Navy and spent nearly ten years in the default operations of mortgage and consumer lending at HSBC.
