Plaza Home Mortgage Inc. has announced that David Blazek has joined the company as regional sales manager. In his new role, David is tasked with increasing Plaza’s overall sales production and market share in Southern California. Blazek has more than 17 years mortgage lending experience and was responsible for consistently funding $200 million per month as Los Angeles area sales manager with Wells Fargo. David will prove an important asset to both Plaza and our business partners.
“I am very fortunate to be joining the Plaza team,"said Blazek. "The company has sustained an impressive reputation in spite of a challenging market. There are many great lenders, but aside from Plaza, I have found none able to boast the consistency in building broker relationships while still providing superior service. I am very excited to assist the company in every way possible."
