Sep 04, 2012

Mortgage Contracting Services LLC (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections and real estate-owned (REO) property maintenance to the financial services industry, has announced the promotion of Chad Mosley to senior vice president of business development. Mosley has played a key role in MCS’ sales efforts and customer relationship management and retention, while taking on the oversight of corporate marketing efforts. He will continue to broaden his leadership across those areas while also helping pioneer new products and services as well as driving the company’s industry relations. More recently, Mosley has been particularly involved in MCS’ ongoing expansion initiatives. The company announced the opening of its third facility in Ruston, La., this summer and quickly followed that news by adding nearly 50 percent more office space to its Plano, Texas, site. “MCS’ business development effort is much greater than just evaluating and growing our service offering. It involves teamwork within every facet of our company to ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention,” said Caroline Reaves, chief executive officer of Mortgage Contracting Services. “Chad has really stepped in to take hold of all aspects of MCS’ brand and helped establish our team as a trusted partner and leader in the field services industry.” Mosley has more than 10 years in the industry, managing all sides of the mortgage process from originations to the disposition of REO properties. He joined MCS in 2008 as an assistant vice president of business development and was later named vice president of operations, before moving back to business development last year. Prior to joining MCS, Mosley held several positions at Countrywide Home Loans, most recently as an assistant vice president overseeing the REO vendor management team and REO concierge desk. He was also in management roles for compliance and quality assurance in the REO, foreclosure and bankruptcy division.
