Churchill Mortgage Adds Jennifer Coe to Grow Business in Georgia

Churchill Mortgage has announced that Jennifer Coe has been named the firm's newest business development executive to help grow lending business in Georgia and open a new metro-Atlanta branch. Leveraging personal, local contacts within the mortgage and real estate industries, Coe will be responsible for recruiting local mortgage professionals to support the new branch, including processors and loan officers. In addition, she aims to expand the Churchill Mortgage brand by partnering with local community banks and developing a realtor outreach program.
Prior to joining Churchill, Coe was one of three licensed real estate agents for Acworth, Ga.-based Terri & Company, recognized as one of the top 10 most successful real estate companies in Cobb County. Before that, she worked with John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods in various roles, including senior designer, architectural project manager and architectural production manager, and with Phillips-Sekanick Architects in Warren, Ohio.
Throughout Coes’ career, she has received numerous industry awards and was recognized by the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. She is a licensed real estate agent, a Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE), a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and holds multiple Southern Building Code and IRC Inspector certifications. Coe attended Kent State University in Ohio where she studied Architecture.
“The metro-Atlanta area continues to be a strong market for Churchill; therefore, recruiting and dedicating more resources to support the local communities made sense,” said Mike Hardwick, president of Churchill Mortgage. “With her extensive background in the real estate and housing industry and her local insight, we’re excited about the success Jennifer will bring to this area.”
