Integra Group Real Estate LLC has expanded its property management services by including vacant property inspections to its management function. Through its Integra Property Management division, the company assists with managing rental properties and REO listings for investors and asset managers by providing property inspections and evaluations of vacant listings at no additional fee to clients. Due to the high risk of vandalism in the current marketplace, the in-house property preservation team helps mitigate the risk of damage by applying the company’s Integra Process to inspections for clients’ vacant assets.
The Integra Process offers clients complete transparency through a variety of tools, such as access to photo-sharing portals of the inspection and reports from the team’s GPS equipped vehicles with fleet tracking systems. Clients can even review time-stamped photos to confirm the time and duration of each inspection. These inspections confirm required notifications are posted within specific location requirements.
