Lori Welch Joins GSF Mortgage's Indianapolis Location

GSF Mortgage has announced the addition of Lori Welch to its Indianapolis, Ind. office as a loan officer. In addition to client relationship development, Welch will be responsible for loan origination and developing key relationships with industry professionals, a skill she has proven in her more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience. “[Welch] has a wealth of knowledge,” said GSF Branch Manager Nicole Lissade. “She is good at building relationships with real estate agencies, and was already well-known in the marketplace. She adds value to the organization.” In addition to embracing traditional customer service, Welch hopes to expand her reach by maximizing the powers of social media and other new technologies. “I feel GSF Mortgage offers a lot of resources for their employees and has a genuine interest in the development and success of them, as well,” Welch said. “GSF is fully implementing the best of resources to pursue professionalism and growth within the company.
