Shelley Fryman and Greg Schatz Join American Mortgage Network

American Mortgage Network (AmNet), the wholesale channel of Bexil American Mortgage Inc., announced the appointment of two senior production executives, Shelley Fryman and Greg Schatz. Recently, AmNet announced the appointments of Danielle Royal, Debbie Hood, and Anthony Campat for the Southwest and Northwest regions of the U.S. The expansion program extends the company’s presence to the Midwest and East Coast.
“With major banks exiting the wholesale channel, this is the perfect time for us to expand and ramp up our national presence,” said John Robbins, chief executive officer and president of Bexil American Mortgage. Greg and Shelley will play an essential role in our national expansion, leveraging their existing long-term relationships with key mortgage brokers by helping to build a national franchise.”
Fryman heads up the North Central Division. She is a results-oriented mortgage industry professional with close to 30 years of experience and a solid track record of driving Midwest regional expansion. Shelley has held executive positions with large and boutique mortgage companies, banks, and financial services firms that included GMAC/Ally Financial, Plaza Home Mortgage and Webster Bank.
Schatz will lead the Eastern Division. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development for a wide range of mortgage banking and financial services companies, including start-ups and established organizations. Greg had leadership roles at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), Settlement One Valuation, American Partners Bank and InterFirst/CitiMortgage.
