Rene Lewis to Lead Human Resources at Residential Finance Corporation

Residential Finance Corporation (RFC) has announced the appointment of René Lewis as vice president of human resources. Lewis manages the strategic direction of employee relations, personnel development, compensation and benefits, and the company’s many culture-building and employee satisfaction initiatives. “The talented individuals at RFC are truly amazing; they have so much passion for what we do,” Lewis said. “The fact that RFC has been named as a ‘Best Company to Work For’ six times reflects that the processes work and that the company has a positive work environment. Lewis holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management. Prior to joining RFC, Lewis was the director of human resources for Signature WorldWide in Dublin, Ohio.
