Churchill Mortgage Boosts Its Staff With 17 New Additions

Churchill Mortgage has announced the addition of 17 new employees to support their lending business across multiple branches. Supporting efforts for the lender’s Brentwood, Tenn. office is Paula J. Fosa, joining as a mortgage processor. She is responsible for preparing mortgage application loans for underwriting, including validating and verifying documents prior to the loan being sent to the underwriters for approval. Josh Johanson also joins Churchill Mortgage as a Web assistant, where he will work with Web developers.
Churchill’s Herndon, Va. branch also expanded, recruiting LaKeisha Briscoe and Lynn Archey as its newest loan processors. Briscoe brings more than five years of experience, and Archey has been recognized by previous employers for outstanding performance. The lender also recruited Ophelia Dearing as the branch’s receptionist, responsible for distributing sales leads, answering multiple telephone lines, greeting customers, ordering supplies and various administrative duties.
Supporting efforts in Georgia, Churchill Mortgage also recruited Bonnie Hoskins as a customer care representative, who will be responsible for lead management, phone support and customer care. She has nearly a decade of experience.
The Jackson, Tenn. branch also added Brittney Potts Wells as a loan coordinator. Wells brings more than four years of experience, working previously with RE/MAX.
Scott Thurmer joins as the newest loan officer for the Memphis, Tenn. branch, where he will be responsible for customer service and managing inbound and outbound calls. Also joining the branch is Don Bennett, the lender’s new home loan specialist, responsible for sourcing new loan opportunities, informing customers of various loan products offered by Churchill Mortgage and helping to create a pleasant experience for the customer. The branch also recruited industry veteran Sandra McGehee to serve as a mortgage loan processor. She brings more than 15 years of experience.
Joining the North Texas branch is Jessica Hymes as a mortgage processor. Hymes will be responsible for processing home loans for Dallas and the Greater Texas Region. Churchill’s Houston branch added Jeannie West as senior loan officer; David Crockell as loan officer; Chase Gamble as senior home loan specialist; and Jesse Bruton III as residential mortgage loan originator.
Supporting efforts for the Tupelo, Miss. branch is Jeffrey Patrick Green, joining Churchill as a junior loan officer. Churchill also recruited Traci Waters as a loan processor, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience.
