REMN Opens Three New Branch Offices

Oct 24, 2012

Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc. (REMN), has opened three new retail locations in key areas across the country: Jacksonville, Fla.; New City, N.Y.; and San Diego, Calif., each one staffed by a team of associates dedicated to providing area homebuyers, homeowners, real estate agents and builders with the high levels of customer service REMN is known for nationwide. REMN has brought on well-respected, local mortgage industry veterans to lead each of the new offices. In Jacksonville, Jamie Zeitz joins REMN as branch manager, while Joseph Moskovic and Michael Pieratt will lead REMN’s effort in New City and San Diego, respectively. “REMN is a national lender, but our success starts with the customer service and attention to detail we provide on a local level. REMN’s new offices are staffed by associates that are area experts, which helps to ensure that our customers are being offered the most appropriate, highest quality mortgage products for their needs,” said Rick Floyd, EVP of REMN. REMN combines the services of consumer facing retail branches with those of large-scale wholesale lending and online channels. The company currently operates six fulfillment centers and has more than 40 retail offices licensed to originate loans across the continental US. In addition, their platform includes an online consumer direct division, which is doing business as FinanceMyHome.com. This year, REMN expanded operations to include more than 1,000 associates nationwide and is on pace to close more than $5 billion in home loans this year.
